1. Introduction
These terms explain use of mindserving.com and the educational digital products offered under the MindServing brand. Please review the product description and applicable checkout terms before placing an order. Payhip’s applicable digital-content license also applies to purchases through its checkout.
2. About us
MindServing is operated by MDM Agency sp. z o.o., registered in Poland at the address above. Resources are written by Magdalena Niemczyk, also known as Megan, who holds a master’s degree in psychology and postgraduate training in psychodietetics.

3. Our products
We offer downloadable PDF ebooks, workbooks, and bundles. These are digital files, not physical books. Each product page describes what is included.
Resources are for general education and reflection. They do not provide diagnosis, individualized treatment, or medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. If you have an eating disorder or another health concern, seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. No particular health or weight outcome is promised.
4. Purchasing & payment
Our store and checkout use Payhip. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Payhip’s End User Licence describes its role in supplying licensed digital content; its Privacy and Cookies Policy explains its data processing.
MindServing remains your contact for product questions, access problems, and refund requests. Payhip does not handle every seller refund directly.
Review the product, currency, applicable taxes, and final total before paying. Any taxes added at checkout are shown before the order is placed. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted. Provide a correct email address for delivery and receipts.
5. Digital products & delivery
After successful payment, Payhip provides access to the purchased files and sends a receipt with a download link to your checkout email address. Check spam if the email does not arrive. Contact megan@mindserving.com with your order reference if you need help.
A compatible PDF reader is required. PDFs can be read on compatible computers, tablets, and phones. The purchase grants a personal, noncommercial license. You may print worksheets for your own use. Sharing files, reselling them, or uploading them publicly is not permitted, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
6. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Where applicable consumer law provides a right to withdraw, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
For paid digital content delivered without a physical medium, loss of that right requires the applicable legal conditions: prior express consent to delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment that the right will be lost when delivery begins, and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Buying or downloading alone is not a substitute for these conditions.
Contact megan@mindserving.com with your order reference to request withdrawal, a refund, or help. When the withdrawal right has been validly lost, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered. This does not limit mandatory rights for missing, defective, or misdescribed content.
For complaints, describe the product, order reference, and problem. Report access problems as soon as practical; there is no 14-day cutoff that removes statutory remedies. We review complaints and provide the response and remedy required by applicable law. Do not send full card details or sensitive health information.

7. Intellectual property
Original MindServing materials are owned by Magdalena Niemczyk and distributed by MDM Agency sp. z o.o. under license, or used under appropriate third-party licenses. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Your purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use, including printing permitted worksheets for yourself. It does not transfer copyright. Redistribution, resale, and public uploading are prohibited except where an express license or applicable law permits them.
8. Disclaimer
Our website, articles, ebooks, and workbooks provide general educational information. They do not replace professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized advice. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for your health concerns.
We do not guarantee particular results from using these resources. This educational disclaimer does not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our legal responsibilities remain subject to applicable law.
10. Third-party links
Links to external services are provided for information or to support checkout. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content or availability. This does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on us.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply, including protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable.
Contact megan@mindserving.com so we can try to resolve a dispute. Information about recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies is available from the European Commission. This link does not represent a commitment to a particular ADR process.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change and will update the publication date. Changes apply as permitted by law and do not retroactively remove rights attached to existing purchases. Additional notice is provided where required.
